Tennis is a sport that can be played by people of all ages and skill levels, and its health benefits are numerous. Not only does it provide excellent cardiovascular exercise, but it also helps maintain a healthy weight, reduces stress and anxiety, and improves cognitive function and decision-making abilities.

For more than two decades, CATA has rewarded deserving young athletes through our scholarship program. In 2024, we awarded $33,000 to 40 deserving young athletes. Learn more

The 1st Annual “Free Day of Tennis” was hosted by CATA in recognition of our 50th anniversary in 2024. CATA covered the court fees at local facilities all day and players were entered into a drawing to win prizes.
