Not only does it provide excellent cardiovascular exercise, but it also helps maintain a healthy weight, reduces stress and anxiety, and improves cognitive function and decision-making abilities.
In addition to the 5,000+ league players and 4,000+ tournament players served, CATA is also committed to helping our entire community experience the benefits of tennis through the following programs:
The CATA Junior Awards Banquet started in 1997. In 2024, over 400 players, parents, coaches and partners were in attendance to witness our category awards, MVP player awards, and $33,000 in scholarships distributed to 40 deserving young athletes. Learn more
